Perry Drilling Limited has been in operation since the early 1980s. We have focused and directed our talents on Geotechnical and Environmental Drilling. Perry Drilling is member of the New Zealand Drilling Federation with a representative on the Federation Council. Our operation has expanded steadily over the years and now includes a wide range of geotechnical and specialized testing equipment including various In Situ Testing apparatus, Cone Penetrometer Testing, Seismic Cone Penetrometer Testing and Electronic Shear Vane Testing allowing us to provide a full complement of equipment and techniques. Our drilling services include all types of Geotechnical Drilling, Triple Tube Coring, Push Tube Sampling, Hollow Stem Augering, Wash Drilling, and In Situ Geotechnical Testing. We also have extensive experience installing all types of instrumentation. We have a Company work ethic to ensure projects are carried out efficiently. Personal safety and the Environment are paramount. We are committed to the health, safety and welfare of our employees and the public. All staff are First Aid Certificate Holders, have DICAT qualifications and are trained with our own In-House Safe Task Procedures. We currently have six Geotechnical Drilling Rigs in various configurations, Rubber Track Mounted and Tractor Mounted. Two Cone Penetrometer Rigs on rubber tracks and one Portable Cone Penetrometer Rig on assignment in Papua New Guinea. All rigs have their own support vehicles and can be mobilized quickly to site.
