Morooka Track Mounted Rigs
Perry Drilling Limited operates two rubber track mounted all terrane access units, drill range with Triple tube coring is between 120m – 150m with one rig completing a 205m borehole. They have the ability to be configured for Hollow Stem Augers, Wash Drilling, Open Auger, and Down-the-Hole Hammers. Capable of completing angled bore holes, with 6m rod pull, enabling it to retract drill string quickly when in-situ testing. |

John Deere 4x4 Tractor Mounted Drill Rigs
Two Compact hydraulic tractor mounted units, designed for easy access to small sites but with large rig capabilities. They are dual wheeled rubber tyred, light weight tractors which minimise the ground pressure exerted thus preventing damage to surfaces. These rigs have been designed with mast extensions to enable work in restricted access sites but also able to extend there mast to allow for large rig performance and 6m rod pulls. They have the ability to drill between 70m – 100m with Triple Tube Coring, are configured for Hollow Stem Augers, Wash Drilling, Open Auger, and Down-the-Hole Hammers. |

Kubota 4x4 Tractor Mounted Drill Rigs
The Kubota KT2150 Tractor mounted rig is a compact hydraulic drill rig. It is a dual wheeled rubber tyred, light weight tractor which minimises the ground pressure exerted thus preventing damage to surfaces. Designed for working in difficult locations where drilling has to be carried out in a confined space, or all terrain access is required, it can be easily manoeuvred around most sites.
The rig is able to operate in limited spacial environments, weighs approximately 1.5 Tonne and is capable of drilling to 100 metres with wash drilling. It is also configured to use hollow stem augers, open auger and horizontal drainage boreholes to various depths. It is easily lifted and has often been located into difficult locations by crane.
The compact ST30 Kubota drill rig is the original mark one design for the two John Deere drill rigs. With several years of trouble free service it was used as the base design for our new rigs. Originally designed for working in difficult locations where drilling has to be carried out in a confined space, or difficult terrain it can be easily manoeuvred around most sites with the option of Heli Lifting when required making it very versatile. It is capable of Triple Tube coring, Hollow Stem Augering, Wash Drilling, Open Auger Drilling, and pre-drilling for CPT units.

CPT Cone Penetration Testing Rig
The CPT is ideal for analysis of soil profiles (thickness, density, and strength of various soil deposits), indicating the soil type from the relationships of the measured parameters, estimating shear strengths of cohesive soils, providing SPT N60 equivalent values, determination of settlement values and bearing capacities of spread foundations on granular soils, pile capacity in cohesionless soils, compaction control of soils, location of cavities and soil rock interfaces, enabling optimum location of boreholes and selective sampling programs. Configured for Vertex Soil Sampling, ability to install Standpipes, or Monitoring Wells, and Seismic Cone Penetration testing using Tri-Axle Accelerometers.

Support Vehicles
Each drill rig is fully equipped and supported with the following:
•Support vehicle comprising of Tool Truck and 1000ltr Water Tank.
•Tool Trailers carting any extra equipment or down hole materials.
•Each unit carries two water pumps with enough high pressure hose and fittings to adapt to any water source or hydrant.
